We got an umbrella stroller there from our registry and when we opened it, it appeared to have already been opened and broken. We took it back (along with a jogging stroller that had a flat tire) and they took it back & gave us store credit (exchanged the jogging stroller w/o a box even). No problems, easy!! Gotta love it!
