Like others I have scene on other review boards, I had trouble getting them to deliver items I had bought and paid for. I had ridiculous problems with them trying to rectify a piece they delivered damaged. First it was difficult to get them to replace the item which was cracked completely through on the wood (of a sofa arm). They finally did replace it, but again with a sofa that was damaged. They relatively easily sent a third, but that too was damaged. Although this was annoying, the worst was their managers and customer service. Customer service (Peggy) straight up lied and said they along with the warehouse manager opened the third box and inspected it and it was fine. Well, the third box came clearly sealed from the manufacturer and the delivery guys even said that that is how it was still unopened from the manufacturer. The manager of the store never returns call. Customer service doesn't return calls more often than not. The salespeople are average, but the after the sale customer service is horrible. I still haven't resolved this. Now that I want to give up and just return the piece, they are making it difficult. The customer service person hung up on my wife when she said we had enough and wanted to have the item picked up and a full credit. In addition, after doing far more furniture shopping than I ever really care to do, there prices are too high for their quality. Pros: Good selection Cons: Nightmarish customer service more
