We have been using EPS for over four years. They were the best value for the price from the beginning, but more importantly is the level of customer service over the years. They have more than bent over backwards to accommodate requests for customized reporting of payroll data to make my job easier. Whenever I missed a deadline, they could recover. They have a great end-of-year reminder program to keep me from forgetting important data. They even arranged a weekend payroll delivery to my home when a national company's truck containing our payroll broke down on a Friday! I can't say enough great things about 'em! FYI moved to 118 Kitty Hawk Drive.
