I went to buy and install blinds through Home Depot, but soon I found out how incompetent and unhelpful the people are there. They screwed up our order, thinking we wanted a different color when we were very specific about it, then they screwed up cutting our blinds to fit our window. On top of that, every time we had something go wrong, they wouldn't know what to do and treat me like it was my problem! Do not go to this Home Depot, especially the blinds department, unless you want to wait 3 or 4 weeks to get a simple project done and have a dozen mishaps in between. I'm going to Lowe's for everything else now.
