This was my first time coming to Don Jackson and it was not a good one. The customer serivce was bad. My salesperson Archie got me a good deal, but never followed through with me, I never received a call from him after I left, his cell phone was disconnected. And George (Special Finance) guy made me promises he could not come through with, he wouldn't even answer his cell phone and he couldn't be reached at the dealership. I had to call Janice (Special Finance) to reach George. \r

After George did answer, he had me wait for nothing, he could have told me the first day I went in there, that I had to get a $10,000 to $12,000 car. And to top it all off, Gary (part of management), handed George the telephone (when George was the problem). And when I got George back on the telephone and he realized who I was, he hung up on me.\r

The used car dealership manager, made excuses for his workers poor customer service. He made me feel as if he didn't care and wanted just to get off the telephone with me.\r

I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy, the offers were great, but the customer service was bad.\r

What good is a business with poor customer service?
