JR's has been a favorite Lunch location for years abut I recently tried the weekend brunch. I went in expecting the same old fare of eggs and omletes but was truly surprised! We had the pancakes that were phenominal! The size of a serving platter but light and fluffy.... Served with fresh maple syrup and warm butter this was an exceptional breakfast along with the thick sliced hickory smoked bacon. A real treat from a BBQ joint! Give it a try... They are crowded but worth the brief wait...
Pros: Good food and large portions for the price.
Cons: Dark and dingy atmosphere!
