The people who work at Harper's don't seem to be very capable. I have rented from them three times and have always had problems. The often lose reservations or don't provide the type of automobile that you ask for. They are especially inept when you attempt to reserve an item using their web-based rental service.\r

The first two times I rented from them, they charged my credit card an incorrect amount. The third time I rented from them they charged me for damage to the automobile that was there when I first rented the vehicle. The continuously charged my credit card for months after I rented from them. From talking to others, I get the impression that this is typicle behavior from them.\r

I would not in any circumstance recommend that you rent from Harpers.
