I was treated very rudely when I called to get an estimate. First off, I left a message with a man and was told I would be called back. I never was called back. I called back two days later and spoke with a man who sounded like the same one I had left a message with before. I tried to explain the problem of never having my call returned. He wasn't concerned in the least, and had a sarcastic attitude.\r

Finally since he had such a bad attitude I said ""if your company can't return calls maybe it would be better to just say you don't want the job"". He then yelled into the phone ""OK, we don't want the job"". \r

I cannot figure out why they wouldn't have wanted the job, they would have been paid money, plus I wanted an estimate on some other work. This company is for sure not one I would ever want to use. A friend of mine called them and they never returned his call either. \r

This pretty much tells me this company isn't a good one to pick for your doors, windows or garage doors. I would never have someone like the flunky guy answer my phones making my company lose business. Obviously they don't care!
