This is not a place where the customers will be treated honestly. We picked out a set of La-z-boy sofa and recliner at this store. The sale person re-assured us that they would be brand new from their ""warehouse"" (as they have a few in stock). The sofa was delivered a few days later with some minor scratch, but we still kind of believed that it was new and maybe such minor defects were common. A week later, we went back to the store to shop for coffee table and end tables. Accidentally, we found out that what we received were actually floor units! We were quite upset and went to see the manager. The only thing he had to say is "I don't know"! When pressed, he claimed "I don't care; just bring it back if you do not want it. I will refund"! This is a shocking experience. We will never go back!\r

added: the sale person later called us and promised us a new replacement. but, I am not impressed by the way they practice the business.
