On more than one occasion, when calling checking on boarding availability, I was left holding for a long period of time. When the receptionist FINALLY picked up, there was no "sorry for holding" or no other friendly type of greeting. When i asked for boarding availability, it was like i asked a question out of the norm and was treated very rudely. I will never bring my pet to this facility again. Not only for the reasons stated above but for the continued rudeness i have experienced in the past.!
