I have always been fond of the pizza at Roggie's. I've lived in the general vacinity of the restaurant for 3 years now and order probably once to twice a month. In the past 6 months they have failed to deliver pizza to me (or my roommates) about 3-4 times with no explanation or apology. Ive called to follow up a number of times on each occurance and I'm always assured its coming.\r
This weekend it happened again, and I was charged for my order. I've called them at least 3 times in the past 5 days and am continuously told to call back at another time- without reimbursement. I imagine the business must have a delivery log as well as call log so the reasons are beyond me--give me my money back, you provided me with NO service and have wasted my time. I called twice on the night that my order was ignored and was promised that it was on its way. I will never, ever, ever return to Roggie's. And until I am reimbursed for the delivery that never was I will continue to sign up for review websites and will continue to spread word of the incredibly unethical service of this ""business""\r
