For an awesome cut and expert color, go to Rosie at Capella. Rosie puts all her attention on you and your hair when you're in her chair. She is great at suggestions but is honest enough to tell you something won't work on you when you bring in that picture of a super-model! The ultimate compliment, ""your hair color looks so natural"" is what I hear after I've seen Rosie. I've been to quite a few top stylists and salons around L.A. but now that I've found Rosie, I'm staying put. As if this wasn't enough, Rosie is such a great person - smart, sharp and interesting, that the time in her chair goes by too fast. I highly recommend Rosie!
