Alicia has got to be the meanest person ever. Its as if she does not care one bit about customer service. She is rude and just acts absolutely horrible, she will yell at you and get mad over just about everything. I've heard so many stories about her since i work in the area and have had a personal experiance as well. Her sandwiches are what keep people coming there, the food is really great and the only reason i would dare step foot in that place. My advise, order your food and get out.
