I did not feel welcomed when I came in.........then, when it was time to do the procedure, the doc did not even bother to explain the procedure.....having been in the medical career field myself, I know how important it is to explain to the patient what procedure you are going to do. All I heard from the doc is...sit up or lay down. I did not feel comfortable at all. I refused the procedure because I did not feel like I am being treated like a an educated patient who wants to know what is going to take place.
