I wish I read all these reviews before I booked with this company. I was originally told that we would be the first move of the day at 8am. Then when they called to confirm the movers two days before we were told sometime between 12p and 2p, which is not that big of a deal. However, when they did not show up by 2pm, we called and were told that they were running 1-2hrs late ""because of the heat."" When they hadn't showed up by 4 we called again and were told this time that the truck was stuck in traffic, but no one could tell us where they were stuck. When we called at 5pm we were told the truck was a half hour away. They finally showed up at 6pm! The office did not once call to say the movers would be late, we had to keep calling back. The movers were not told that this was a 2 apt move. They were very angry with the office as well. We were moving until midnight!! We were also not told about the 10% gas fee. The movers did work hard and quickly but I would never use this company again or recommend them!
