I have a membership so there isn't a line for me. But..... the aquarium was great. The otters, great white, penguins, jellyfish...... etc. I love this place and wished I lived closer so I could come down more. There are restuarants close by and the staff at the aquarium is great. I don't think that it is a tourist trap. It's a beautiful place for kids and adults. Looking through the telescope outside and seeing the seals is great. You will never want to leave this place!!!!
