Sandy is a very experienced bodyworker who uses her knowledge of the human body to carefully guide you through a yoga practice that is best suited for your individual needs. My experience with her has made me more aware of the parts of my body that are most sensitive and prone to injury. She taught me to be more mindful of how I move in an out of poses and made very keen observations about how certain poses could affect my body if I went into them unconsciously-- Her teaching affected my daily practice. I highly recommend her center!!
