The customer service is rude. They promised the wedding dress would be here in time, we ordered it well enough in advance. The day that the wedding dress was supposed to arrive, it didn't, and they didn't bother to call. When we called, they said that it was coming and not to worry. Two weeks before the wedding and they were still telling us that. The dress was going to need alterations, and finally after a call to the studio from our mother, they informed us that the dress would not be coming at all. They didn't know why. They then wanted to sell us the dress they had, in the wrong size, that had been used to try on other people and was dirty for the same price and wouldn't refund our money. We had no choice but to use that dress, and in one week manage to get alterations made from a size 12 dress down to a size 4. Not only that, but they wouldn't compensate for any of the fees! And, since they wouldn't refund the money and we only had a week before the wedding, what were we supposed to do? I would NEVER recommend this dress shop to anyone. This was the ultimate wedding dress horror story, and they weren't even sympathetic at all. Shoppers beware!
