Sales staff lie, cajole and do not back up their promises, or their advertised commercial specials. Do not trust these guys. My deal included fixing a top ""which would only cost $50"". They reneged on that one (and it cost me $308 to fix myself). Did not clean the car up as promised and did not provide a $1000 shopping spree with every purchase as promised. Yes, I should have walked. Yes, get EVERYTHING in writing. Do not for a moment trust or believe what these guys have to say. Be smart. Do your homework and walk away. I hate to believe that used car salesmen are as bad as they are portrayed, but in this case, unfortunately, it is true.
Pros: They have the whole sales manipulation and game down very well - so beware.
Cons: Sales staff lies and do not follow through on early promises.
