70 Spruce Street Apartments are nice and cozy 2 bed and a bath units. They are economical - sort of one stop shopping since utilities, cable and the internet are all included in the rent. I love the social ambiance of the area. Walking distance to school and downtown Atlanta. A quiet neighborhood within a busy city. I truly am enjoying the new renovated 70 Spruce Street Apartments.
