I had UHF replace my hardwood floor in kitchen and sunroom and finish to match rest of house. After less than 2 years it now looks like corrugated cardboard. Mario's response, it is the way I'm cleaning it! I'm using same method I use on the rest of the house and it is fine. He said I have to use cleaning solution provided by the mfg. of the finish he used. Never told me that before refinishing the floors - in fact I wouldn't know the name of the finish mfg. unless I looked at the receipt. His solution = he will give me a 25% discount off the cost of re-doing the floor - if I agree to use only the mfg. products to clean the floor. Even with the discount, I have 2 other bids that are lower. Never use him again.
