Very rude and entirely self-absorbed ... same for his staff who promote the same attitude at the front desk. Forget customer service.. you are expected to jump through hoops for them... talked down to, comments or thoughts go unanswered by this doctor, doctor acts as if he doesn't even hear you speak ... talks ""past you"" to others, doesn't even acknowledge your presence by looking at you .. 3 animals? more? forget it! Customer has to come in day after day after day ... absolutely will not! let you schedule more than one pet per day ... get past that restriction? Lucky you! But you get a bill for services in your mailbox prior to your scheduled appointment... I was told off and yelled at by the doctor because I wanted to bring my 3 pets together on one day..
Pros: I'm sure his medical care is up to medical standards and expectations...
Cons: angry doctor who doesn't like people and will yell at you and tell you off....
