Breakfast at Corfu is a wonderful experience. Their eggs benedict is the best I've ever had! The english muffin is perfectly toasted, the poached eggs are made perfectly...just thinking about it makes me want one. I think since it's come under new ownership the food tastes so much better! I love their fatoush salad & the moutabel (eggplant dip)...oh and if you ever want a hot grilled sandwhich for lunch you have to try their brie chicken sandwhich...it's to die for!!! A few other must haves are the sample appetizer platter which has a little bit of everything, the homemade soups (potato leek soup), the mousaka - YASOU! \r
