Finished wingback chair was not up to the expected standard for what was charged. The designer recommended the fabric and then blamed the fabric when the vertical and horizontal lines of the pattern were not straight. Many excuses were provided, but no satisfactory resolution for either party. I was also disappointed when they did not provide the correct size of agreed upon contracted throw pillows. I would recommend that a client use a clear and consise scope of work and expectations before contracting for a job. Fabric estimations were off which proved to be costly. Solid patterned fabrics seem to be easier for them. The Sofa they did was acceptable. Pros: Uses quality fabics Cons: Complex patterns pose problems more
