Chef Heather and her staff created a fabulous dinner for 30 people. The hors d'voures were delicious as were the main entrees. The entire dinner was a treat, especially the onion tart, steak and salmon. We also enjoyed the chocolate brownies and strawberries with creme.\r

Chef Heather was very professional in the manner she presented the food and in her interactions with the guests. I would highly recommend her.
