Bar none, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. This guy was unbelievable! He absolutely ruined a pair of my Cole Haan's and then started to give me some analogy about if you want to get a Porsche washed then you have to pay $200 to have it done right and then started telling me that they were cheap $50 shoes. I will never go to this place again and hope that others can use this review to avoid having a similar experience to mine.
Cons: Horrible service, worse attitude.
