PETCO GROOM. The first time I brought my pet there to be groomed was during winter. They shaved him off to point where his skin was showing. My poor dog was freezing for weeks. I went there again the second time being naive that maybe this time they will do a better job. But, they still did a poor job. They said my dog will be done in 4 hours. It took them 6 hours. It looked like nothing was done. When I finally picked him up, I still had to tell them the hair around my dog's nose is not even shaved and around his privates are not shaved, and thats what I requested for. The lady shaved the nose but for his privates she said, ""I am afraid I cant do that because I might hurt him."" and I was thinking, ""Arent u a professional? You should be able to handle something like that. That's your job"" To me, it just looked like she was finding an excuse not to do it because she didnt have the time. 6 hours is a long time for a dog to be groomed. HORRRIBLE!!!
