I've been to Marco Polo many times and I've never had a problem with it. The food is above average, and the service is fantastic. I always feel more than welcomed when I walk in the door, the young man who hosts is always very plesant. He never forgets to seat me at my favorite seat (near the window )and always asks me how I am doing. It shows that he truly cares about the customers. He is definitely an asset to the restaurant. Many restaurants today lack this friendly atmosphere and I do not understand why anyone would accuse Marco Polo's waitstaff to be sloppy and unfriendly.
