Staff was not what I had hoped it would be. Where is the doctor? Just one Nursing assistant was running the office, had to wait while phones were answered, tried to sell me on a lot of ""diet aid"" products, have to fast, can't eat real food.........seemed like more of a sales environment than a medical environment. Lady assisting me was very large and said she has been on the program before, but her results would vary from mine. Not a good fit. No pun intended.
Cons: the doctor is there ""sometimes"" staff is not at ideal weight to be counseling others who struggle with weight issues
