I've been to Tom's Oyster Bar once. The service was disappointing, as was the interior, so we chose to be seated on the patio by the street. The atmosphere is quite ""cheap"" outside. I didn't feel like the tables and chairs were very clean. I ordered soup and wasn't given any bread or crackers with it, we had to ask for refills on everything and my partners food was kind of oily. Altogether the food was tasty enough, but the prices are not a measure of what to expect, if you expect quality for money.
