first time to the Dancer's Image store in Newton,MA. The service was AWFUL. The owner/salesperson wa very snooty and condesending. She was making very unprofessional comments under her breath but loud enough to hear. Her assistant was clueless as far as merchandise is concern. I had more knowlege from research on the web than the help at the store.
