I gave the shop a try for car wax & buff and was very disappointing about the result. I arrived before 4pm and was told that it would take about one hour and half for the service to be done. However, I was not able to leave until after 6:25pm! Here was what happened. After handed over my car, I waited inside the shop waiting room with other customers for 1.5 hours then I went outside to check if the work was done. One of their stuffs asked me to go back to the room and said that they would drive the car to the roadway near to the waiting room once the work was done. At 6pm, I saw my car kept parking in the workplace far away from the waiting room window. I could not tell if they had finished the job. I went out of the waiting room again at 6:24pm to inquire them and was told the work had already done! They finished the job but let me waited in their waiting room for one hour more! Despite how good or bad their waxing skill is, this is a shop I will stop visiting. Besides, the bumper is not smooth at all after buffing.
