This is the best experience in Carpet Care and customer service. From the initial telephone call to the visit to my home, all went extremely well. The Neat Nix people were very careful to avoid any damage to my furniture and decor. They also used ""green"" products which really cleaned in an exceptional manner. I appreciate this as my Pugs are very sensitive to chemical cleaning products. No detail was overlooked in making certain we were completely satisfied with the Neat Nix experience.
