We have gone to this hotel many times in the past and liked it, but it is awful now --- I called from the hotel phone at the airport (several times) & was just disconnected, finally had to use the pay phone to call for a pick-up. My TV is bad connection. The worst is that my phone does not work --- my wife needs to call me but there are no rings in my room, the guy at the desk keeps saying the phone works & accusing us of being stupid ----+++ I called them to ask if I could send a fax to my hubby, would it be delivered? they said of course -------- 9 hours after & called again & they looked & looked, found it &said they would give it to him, but 5 hours later not delivered
