I visited several times hoping that they could deliver on the promise of offering an above average burger. They failed each time. The sides are below average. They should take the milk shakes off of the menu. I know it is not a fast food restaurant, but on my last visit, I waited for nearly 1/2 hour for my food. The teenager who served me did not seem to think it was a big deal. They did not have a manager on duty and did not like it when I pointed out the lapse in service. I refuse to believe that the poor service is just a generational problem. I get better service at the typical fast food joint. It is sad really. I wanted them to be good. I will never go back.
Pros: Violent cramps and chundering usually only lasts 24 hours
Cons: Server could not keep his finger out of his nose ... YUCK!
