True Barbecue, no sauce on the ribs, no sauce. You can add the regular, carolina honey or Fire sauce. Ribs are very moist and tender. The tri-tip is truly smoked. The best Barbecue in Northern California maybe California. This is a must stop in your adventure as was ours. When you get off at Hilltop/Cypress exit make a right then a left, up about a mile, next to the Sports LTD something entrance, try something else and let me know!
