The review by Jennifer1213 described Dr.Templeton perfectly. My daughter had pain in her mouth and it was in her temperoralmandibular joint so I not seeing anything obvious took her to her pediatrician to see if it was something else, nothing they could do. So I decided to call Dr.Templeton's office first thing in the morning to see if she could be seen. The office is closed on Fridays and has a message to page for emergency. I paged Dr.Templeton and she was prompt in returning my call. She says to me if you had called yesterday we could have seen her then (really no I like hearing my child cry in pain, I waited to call until today because I knew your office was closed smartblank) I say well I didn't know you were closed on Friday. Anyways she calls in a prescription for my daughter for an antibiotic and says to bring her in on Monday, I decided against giving her the medicine until she was seen because I didn't want to give her unnecessary medication. So Monday comes around and she is looking in my daughters mouth digging in her tooth of which the filling had come out on with the pointy hook thing, yeah and when my daughter starts crying because of the pain she has triggered. She tells her she is fine and she is just looking and that doesnt' hurt???? So she is crying out of pleasure. She then has an x-ray done of her mouth and it seems she has an abscess in her root and Dr. Templeton says if you had given her the antibiotic we could have pulled her tooth today, but since you didn't we will have to reschedule the tooth pulling. I was so angry she tried to make it my fault, the year previously my daughter also had an abscess and cavity on the other side of her mouth and she had no problem working on her then. I think she just wanted to punish me for not filling her prescription. She is a blank and I will not return to her again and I would advise anyone who looks for good beside manner for their child to go elsewhere.
Pros: Nice office
Cons: Lacks beside manner and patient courtesy
