Trying to return a board that we were told would be fully refunded was a nightmare. We had thrown the receipt out thinking we were going to keep the board. We were interrogated by this macho, stuck-up psuedo-body builder who demanded to know why we didn't have a receipt, and then pretty much accused us of lying about when we actually purchased the board. The board was still in its original packaging and purchased the week before, and then he proceded to question us even more about where the board had been kept over the past week. He then told us that any other retail store would not have refunded us the money. Both of us work in retail, and we knew that it was as simple as looking up the sku number to find the receipt, and that any other store would not have made us feel as bad or as criminal as this store has.
