Ever since Jack's Diner closed down there's not been a really good place for an inexpensive breakfast or lunch in Chelmsford Center. These breakfast places come and go, the latest to do the latter is Papa Maggio's, now only open for lunch and dinner. Yes, I know about Skip's, and the food there is good, but that's the other side of the Center for me, and the prices always seem a bit high on there for my taste.
Cons: Getting there, eating there, leaving there.
