I shop this store frequently only because it is close to where I live. Sadly, some of the people who work there (not all, but quite a few) don't seem to know how to relate to their customers, especially at the customer service desk, which is where they really should know better. They don't even take the time to acknowledge you, and when you finally get their attention and they finish waiting on you they don't even offer as much as a simple 'thank you'. The last time I used the service desk the lady who waited on me just turned and walked away when she finished, and I wasn't even sure we were done. I have not been rude, even though I really had to bite my tounge the last time, so I didn't contribute to the behavior I received.
Pros: Good seasonal clearance because it is a small town store
Cons: Employees at the service desk have repeatedly had bad attitudes and poor people skills
