I don't want to be too unfair to the folks over at Sugarhouse BBQ, but after eating at this establishment three times, even the nicest guy has to admit they have a lot to learn about BBQ. How they maintain almost 4 1/2 stars in this category has to be through naive conceptions of what BBQ is or supposed to taste like. The highest aspect of eating there are the beans by far. Not to praise them as to be stellar, but passable in a general sense (heavy table ketchup taste and all). Is this the high point to which we want one of the supposed ""best"" BBQ joints known for?
Pros: Great live music to keep you distracted...from the food.
Cons: Recipes need to be re-energized.
