I am so thankful to michi! She saved my hair. I went to another salon that was a little bit cheaper to get the straightening, and the guy completely ruined my hair. It was so bad that parts of my hair started breaking off! It was so traumatizing I didn?t know what to do. My hair was once long and healthy and now it was frizzy, damaged and unmanageable. I was very hesitant but I decided to go to michi as a last resort to let her try and restore the strength of my hair and needless to say that I am beyond happy with the results. What is different about michi is that she really understands the whole process of the straightening system she understands the chemicals that she is working with and how they affect your hair.
