We purchased an entire set of appliances (5 total) and with all but one, there was a problem. The installers broke items, wrong items were shipped, things didn't work properly, items were damaged, the installers scratched the floor, etc. (Evidentially the customer is to provide the means for them to not scratch the floor which doesn't seem logical since this is a task they perform multiple times, everyday. It would maybe cost them $50 to gather the apparatus and the customer would be appreciative that the installers were careful and professional.) Pros: A local business and not a big box store. Cons: Customer service is non-existant after you give them your money. more
