Enjoyed our dining experience at Chappy's last evening. Can't understand the critics, our evening was an exceptional night. Food quality was great, service was average, portions fine, decor was very nicely done, music ws awesome. This restaurant is a keeper, would return in a heartbeat.
Pros: my tuna dish was awesome.
