Twice I ordered arrangements for very special occasions. I asked for specific flowers, chose the container and described the theme of the occasion - (which was written on the order form) and on both occasions was presented with something completely wrong - wrong flowers, wrong style and even dead petals and leaves in a very expensive arrangement. When I asked them nicely to make the arrangements right (not throw them out to make a new one but replace bad flowers and replace wrong colors / flowers with the right ones) on both occasions staff was rude and insulting. I couldn't have been more surprised. They did change the arrangements both times. I thought the first time was a fluke which is why I went back again. I'll not go for more. more
