Ok, so despite the fact I won't name names, every guy behind the service desk (and I have\r interacted with 3 fellows) have been solid.\r \r The wait times are not long for service, there is shuttle service to local towns (i live in newton, \r and got either a loaner car or personal drop off home 4 miles away), and the service is technically\r good. I have had new tires put on with balance and align and got a nice explaination of how\r off the camber was on the tech readout, explained!\r \r They do treat you with respect. Waiting room has 2 nice lcd tvs and internet.\r \r Downsides: The waiting room is loud and sometimes crowded.\r The physical location in allston stinks: getting into the parking lot is difficult, very crowded by cars.\r The local traffic is horrendous -NEVER go there during rush hour, you will want to die.\r \r Would give it a b or B+ but the location makes the experience more like a C.\r Oh well.\r \r more
