I bought a Volkswagen R32 from Chaplin and the contract included a spare set of alloy wheels with specified snowtires. Chaplin tried to find every cheap way to avoid giving me what I ordered including giving me Jetta rims which Les Schwab said would never fit. I left the car at Chaplins for a month and finally took it until they could get the rims and tires. A week later my son destroyed the R32 because of incorrect tires (summer slicks, no snowtires in Dec.) thus causing me $7,000 including the deductible and insurance increases over 3 years. I should have known as I had a warranty fight previously with Chaplins for my GLI with Volkswagen finally stepping in and settling for me.\r

I will never buy a VW or Subaru from Chaplins.
