This drycleaner was very unprofessional. In only about a month of using their services, they stained one shirt and had to do it over, and lost another shirt. When I confronted them about losing my clothes, they were rude and refused to reimburse me. It became my word against theirs, and there was nothing I could do to recover the value of my shirt. As a customer who came to them on a regular basis, I would have expected more respect and professionalism.
