We took a litter of kittens to them to be helped. They were from a pregnant stray we had picked up a couple of weeks earlier. Though they did not charge us for the visits, they did not help us either. Two of the kittens had died 3 days after birth.. We took the remaining 3 to Banfield to save them. We were told "Well, this happens with litters from strays, don't be upset if they all die". All they did was tell us to keep them warm and help bottle feed them. The kittens continued to die, we took them back.. they still would not help. They gave up on them just because they came from a stray. We took our remaining last kitten to metroplitan hospital in copley and they saved his life! It wasn't cheap, but I don't care about money when it comes to saving lives. \r

I think they should only be used for minor things like shots, ear infections, etc.. I would not take them for more serious things, they do not seem to have extensive training for real problems.
