It must be the location. The place is clean and friendly, but I thought a bit pricey for a Holiday Inn. I guess when you think about that it is the only nice Motel in the area, it is okay.\r

They have room service, a pool, and a nice bar and resturant. It is in the Finger Lake area, and at times is very busy. We would stay there again.
